Modular tiny home project developed in direct contact with the off-site construction company that is commercialising the product. The units have been designed to be produced according to CFSF Volumetric Technique and taking into account not only the minimum dwelling areas described in the local building code, but also external factors like maximum dimensions for transportation and optimal assembly  strategy. An additional requirement of the design brief was the possibility of enlarging in time the buildings by adding compatible extensions to the first built.
