This project is located on Eskişehir interstate road, at the perıphery of Ankara on one of the development axis of the city.

The development includes the  first golf course that would have been built in Ankara. The program merged the golf course with the neighbourhood that was designed to accommodate  residential, educational, health and commercial functions. 

Planning of the development  was realized in cooperation with the  Ankara municipality.
