This building, located by the third Bosphorus bridge in the north of Istanbul, in proximity of the Black Sea coast, will be the headquarter and control center of the new North Marmara Motorway.

​kr2b architecture has been entrusted with the design of the building since the concept phase and has concluded the coordination and construction documentation phases. The construction is ongoing.

​

The building functions are laid out around a courtyard to create an outdoor space repaired from the strong winds typical to the site. The site has been manipulated to allow for natural lighting and ventilation to the spaces located at the basement level. 

​

The project has been completely documented and coordinated among all disciplines through BIM.
